CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions has submitted draft papers to SEBI for a ₹5,200 crore IPO, marking a significant MOVE in India's renewable energy sector. The offering includes a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore and an OFS of ₹3,700 crore by promoters and investors.

Proceeds will primarily repay debt and fund corporate purposes, with a potential pre-IPO placement of ₹300 crore. The company, specializing in decarbonization solutions, boasts 2.54 GW operational capacity and 5.07 GW in advanced development.
